Collin was fantastic! Collin made my first time buying a true experience. He helped with everything I asked and more! He has a sharp eye with homes and is very good with showing what you want and not being pushy to buy now. He was extremely responsive and always knew the answer or found it quick. He didnt try to make me go over my spending comfort and gave great advice about homes we looked at. Collin knew I could only view homes from Friday-Sunday and would make sure to have time to show the new houses I liked. Austin Ivie is an exceptionally responsive, engaging and helpful real estate agent. We began our long distance search in Saint George a couple of years ago. We were very clear that our search was in its very preliminary stages and that the actual relocation was likely to occur several months later and was pending the sale of our home at the Oregon coast. Regardless of the anticipated wait, Austin was incredibly attentive from the very beginning and we always felt like we were high priority, VIP, clients. Regrettably (very regrettably) plans have changed. Our relocation plans no longer include Saint George.
