REMAX Alliance Group

Eric was great! He listened to our likes and dislikes which was apparent in the quality properties he selected for us. Once we selected a property he helped us through the contract process, always willing to answer our questions. Give him a try - you will find him great to work with.

Great experience. Much better than the 2 previous realtors that I tried. Much more prompt communications and responses. Sound advice to keep the condo on the market in the summer, when I was ready to pause till December. Very helpful on every aspect of the sale, especially for a seller living in Boston.

We just brought a house using Eric. He has such great knowledge and expertise with the area. Eric, always had time to speak to us, day or night. He was a true pleasure working with Eric. He took us out to see as many homes as we wanted to see, and made suggestions on other homes that he viewed. He always called us every time a new listing came on the market.

We found Eric very easy to work with and not pushy at all. We highly recommend him. If we had a question and he didn't know the answer, he would get back to us promptly with the answer. Very helpful!

We would highly recommend Eric for all your home buying/ selling needs. He really listened to our needs and only showed us homes that fit our family needs. His ability and professionalism on handling all the details of our closing was amazing. He made sure we could meet our deadline to close in just 3 weeks. Eric is the best realtor In the Charlotte county area. We will definitely call Eric again if we decide to buy/sell in the future.
