Dave was actually the sellers agent and my agent was a good friend of mine. Dave negotiated very hard for his seller which I didnt like but I am working with Dave to rent out 1 of the properties I bought with him representing the seller. He is very professional, responsive and goes out of his way to help you even after the deal was done. For example- Couple of times, I needed him to open the place for optimum or plumber or electrician and he would go open the place and stay there. I would highly recommend Dave. Most realtors go in witness protection program after the sale is done.

Raymond Vasquez is a five star , top notch Real Estate Agent. He's professional, honest, knowledgeable & his work ethic is outstanding. Selling a home can be daunting, but he made me feel at ease & comfortable throughout the entire process. He took care of everything & kept me updated about everything & the home was sold quickly. I highly recommend Raymond!!!

Once again, Raymond did a fantastic and outstanding job!! He helped sell my mom's home. He took such good care of the home while we were in another state, down to even handling snow removal. We didn't have to worry about anything. He promoted the property by doing several open houses and got the home SOLD! He has great expertise, is professional and very knowledgable. We definitely chose the right person. If you're considering selling your home, Raymond will always be the right fit.

Ariel Pena was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to listen and understand what I wanted and needed. He was always attentive to all of my needs and Mr scheduling. I had previously worked with other realtors to no avail. With Mr. PeA+-a we were able to find exactly what we needed and in our price range. I definitely recommend him. I will be working with him again.

Ariel is superb! I have dealt with a couple of real estate agents and nobody comes close to Ariel in terms of knowledge, comunication and negotiation skills. If there is a crucial quality that can distinguish him from the rest is his Honesty, a quality that is lacking in all professional fields!
