Ariel Pena was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to listen and understand what I wanted and needed. He was always attentive to all of my needs and Mr scheduling. I had previously worked with other realtors to no avail. With Mr. PeA+-a we were able to find exactly what we needed and in our price range. I definitely recommend him. Dave was actually the sellers agent and my agent was a good friend of mine. Dave negotiated very hard for his seller which I didnt like but I am working with Dave to rent out 1 of the properties I bought with him representing the seller. He is very professional, responsive and goes out of his way to help you even after the deal was done. For example- Couple of times, I needed him to open the place for optimum or plumber or electrician and he would go open the place and stay there. I would highly recommend Dave. Most realtors go in witness protection program after the sale is done.

The best thing about Ariel is the sincere answer he will give you, he always answer his phone and chat with us with the pros and cons.
