It's been 6 months since my purchase and for 6 months, nothing but issues. Bill Heath represented a seller who knowingly sold myself and my neighbor a house with foundation issues that has resulted in basement flooding since we moved in. I asked Bill MANY times to find out if there was flooding and he never responded back. Ultimately the responsibility is mine but there were NO signs of flooding issues at all with inspections. Nothing was disclosed. I feel like Bill just wanted the sales of both side of this home and did not care about the buyers. I have been holding this back for 6 months, but people need to know who they are working with, and I hope people see this and do not use Bill (William) Heath.
