Matt answered all my questions and is still there for me if I have any more. It took me some time as I had to sell a house in another state first and find permanent full time work in Minnesota before I could get a loan.

The first time my husband and I worked with Gail and Diane was when we were house hunting back in 2014. They were recommended to us by a good friend. We met Diane first, and immediately felt great working with her. She really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and she and Gail were able to find us the perfect home! We had some issues dealing with the seller and the tax assessors office, and Diane and Gail were on top of it at all times. We were confident that they knew what to do and would handle it. And they did, with utmost professionalism. Fast forward a few years and we had to sell our home suddenly. We called them up and told them our circumstance, and they worked their magic to squeeze us in for an appointment. We discussed our needs, they got our house on the market a couple of days later, and within four days we had a great offer!! Both Gail and Diane put a lot of effort into helping us when we really needed it. They were always available by phone or by email when we had a question and we're very quick to respond. Their knowledge of the area and the market is amazing!! We have recommended them in the past and we will continue to recommend them! They make a great team!

Gail& Diane were very professional, thorough and fun throughout the entire selling and buying process. We used their services both buying and selling and were very pleased with the results of each transaction. As an additional benefit we were sent a copy of the closing statement at tax time - saved us from the hassle of trying to find the information. Best agents we have ever worked with.
