We are very thankful our neighbors recommended Mike to us. He was there every step of the way and made selling our first home a breeze. We were really impressed with his photo crew and loved that he was always present for the initial inspection, the appraisal and the final walk through. While we were away (as recommended) he was our set of eyes & ears and is a great communicator. Very pleased with his services and would hands down recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Mike is the best. I have known him for over 20 years when I sold my condo, bought and sold my home, and bought my current condo-- and found him to be honest, knowledgeable and helpful when navigating the sometimes-perplexing world of home buying, selling, taxes, real estate laws etc. When buying our home, he literally showed us 40 homes, pointing out any flaws or pitfalls, and was very patient too. Post sale service is excellent I cant endorse him enough for that. All around great person too!
