Since they do work either in an outstanding job in behind and helping to buy a house here at willow springs, until we find an andorian, soldier and trust. He's been informed after shooting site

First time home buyer , Susie helped me with everything. Very thankful , I will certainly work with Susie in future as well. I didn't have a good experience with the home inspection part, I found a lot of things as soon as I moved which should have been seen for an expert.

We absolutely adore Susie. She has been our realtor through some of the biggest chapters of our lives. She helped us find a home when we first relocated to Apex in 2007. We sold that home and found another home in 2014, and she is now guiding us through the process of building and selling in 2026. At this point, she feels more like family than a realtor. What makes Susie special is that she is both direct and deeply supportive. She gives honest guidance, answers every question, and somehow always seems to be thinking three steps ahead. Time and time again, she has raised questions and considerations we never would have thought to ask ourselves. Its always clear that she is looking out for our best interests. Buying, selling, and building homes can be emotional and overwhelming, but Susie has a way of making us feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout the process. We have trusted her for nearly 20 years for a reason. Were incredibly grateful for her and recommend her without hesitation.

I have worked with Susie on multiple transactions over the years, both as a buyer and a seller, and each experience has been exceptional. What sets Susie apart is her commitment to a truly personal approach. She takes the time to understand your goals, answer every question, and provide detailed information throughout the entire process. Whether buying or selling, I always felt informed, prepared, and confident in my decisions because of her guidance and expertise. Communication was outstanding, and I felt supported every step of the way. Her market knowledge, professionalism, and dedication consistently delivered great results. Having worked together several times, I can confidently say that Susie is someone I trust completely and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and client-focused agent.

Susie was a real pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and expertise along with her responsiveness were so valuable during our home buying process. She was there every step of the way from our search to our final closing to ensure things went smoothly. We would highly recommend her.
