being a family that did not understand many things about the market at the time. Mr Ed Martinez treated my family as his own. He sat down with my family on several occasions (as we have insane work schedules one party working midnights one working during days with opposite days off) he endlessly explained "the process" so we understood EXACTLY what was going to happen,what was happening and he made sure he made things happen for us. He was overly patient. Always generous and kind. A family man, even interacted with my children during paper signings and house hunting. I recommend all of my friends,co workers and other family members to him. and they recommend him to others aswell. as busy as he may get. he always makes you feel like you are his only client. It would be a mistake not to have him assist in future endeavors.
