ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Ed for around 5 years, he helped us with our leases for few years until we decide to make the big jump and get our first home, and Ed was there to help us with that as well. First of all, let me tell you that we are a very very picky family, and we knew nothing about buying a condo, and that's were Ed Martinez stepped up and helped us thru the entire process. It took time and dedication (did I mention that we were extremely picky?), and he was there the entire time. The things we love the most about Ed are his optimism and good faith, no secrets, no lies, and more important, his commitment and compromise to help us thru those stressful times. If you want to buy a condo in Brickell, do yourself a favor and reach out to Ed Martinez, you won't regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED being a family that did not understand many things about the market at the time. Mr Ed Martinez treated my family as his own. He sat down with my family on several occasions (as we have insane work schedules one party working midnights one working during days with opposite days off) he endlessly explained "the process" so we understood EXACTLY what was going to happen, what was happening and he made sure he made things happen for us. He was overly patient. Always generous and kind. A family man, even interacted with my children during paper signings and house hunting. I recommend all of my friends,co workers and other family members to him. and they recommend him to others aswell. as busy as he may get. he always makes you feel like you are his only client. It would be a mistake not to have him assist in future endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Ed, was a person that me and my wife could count on. Ed is very professional, with a lot of experience. I would recomend him to any body. As a matter of fact, everytime I hear someone talking about buying a house, right away I give Ed's phone number because I know they will be in good hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Ed Martinez helped my husband and I purchase a home in South Florida. His insight, instincts, and people skills helped us navigate the negotiation process to get an outstanding deal. We live out of state, which posed some interesting challenges for financing and insurance underwriting. Ed's connections with local lenders and insurance brokers helped us get the best rates possible. The professionals that he surrounds himself with are as efficient and trustworthy as he is, which speaks volumes of his character. Ed Martinez gets our highest recommendation and we would work with him again in the blink of an eye.

ZillowVERIFIED I Have a rental house, and in the last four years ha has have to find tenants, negotiate rent prices, with the last one negotiate a rental extension and the house has not been empty a single month. He always has been able to find one tenant before the other leaves, and none of them have been problematic ones.
