Nita is seriously the best of the best!! Just closed on my first home and am so happy that I used her. She was so patient with me (I'm a first time home buyer) and she really went to bat for me and negotiated a good price. I really had my heart set on a condo that multiple people were interested in and she worked very quickly and worked well with the sellers agent to get the deal done. I will be sending all of my friends to her for sure. Even after closing she did some digging to find additional info I needed (HOA contacts, utility set ups, etc.).
