Marva was the buyers agent and it was next to impossible to get any responses, some times took 1-2 weeks for one response. Closed the sale of house 2 weeks past closing date which if she was more on top of her business and the buyers she represented, those 2 weeks of no response was the difference. I advise any sellers to not sell to anyone shes represents unless you want nothing but frustration and headaches.
