Scott worked hard to get the job done. Especially with finishing some loose ends with getting the property ready for sale. We had to get last minute landscaping fixed and was very realistic with timeline for getting the house sold in a sellers market.

In my experience, you love the realtor that sells you a house and hate the realtor selling your house. In this case, Scott sold us the house in 2017 that we just sold in 2026, again with Scott as our realtor. Our experience with Scott has been stellar. Communication was spot on the whole way thru the sale, including a difficult closing. Scott has the knowledge that comes from extensive experience in the SW Florida market which really assisted us in navigating through the sale process. Highly recommend him.
