If I could give James more stars than 5 I would. He helped us buy our first Florida home 8 years so when we were looking to buy again, we reached out to James again. He really knows the area and the market. He was able to negotiate our land purchase down to 82% of asking.

James was great. As an out of state trustee, it means a lot. James helped me navigate the FL market, as well as organize getting local contractors to handle the nuisance repairs that come with territory. Honestly?
