Todd helped my husband and I look for homes in the Ellijay area. He was very helpful in tracking down homes that applied to our wish list and going to see those homes. He helped us negotiate a fantastic deal on a home, but due to outside circumstances we ended up not buying. I would highly recommend Todd for anyone looking for a great realtor! He is hard working, extremely nice and understanding of our needs.

Todd was extremely knowledgeable with our market! Took the time to truly listen to me and my wife's home desires to help narrow the search for us which is crucial, otherwise the home search can be frustrating and overwhelming. His communication and timely response to me and my wife was amazing! In other words, he NEVER missed a call or did not respond to a text-email immediately.
