We truly can't thank Greg Forsythe enough for making the sale of our home such a smooth process. Greg's level of customer service and responsiveness was remarkable!! Greg was there with us every step of the way and helped us work with the contractor to fix up the house so we could sell it quickly. Greg knew we were on a tight timeline to sell the house and offered up some incredible advice along the way to help us with the sale. He was also very diligent about marketing the house and hosting Open Houses. When we were in the home stretch of the sale process, the HOA had some nit-picky repairs that needed to be made. Greg knew we were dealing with a lot at that time and personally helped us get the required HOA repairs made. Throughout the negotiation process, Greg pushed for us to get the best possible deal for the house and worked really well with the buyers agent to come to terms that worked out well for everyone. Greg was truly our advocate through this sale process, and I will most definitely be using his services again to buy and sell any future homes.
