Todd knows Lake Chatuge. He helped us maximize the potential of our lake lot by suggesting we clear some of the property and get a survey, but most importantly, he guided us through working with the TVA for a dock permit. Not every realtor understands the history of the lake and the importance of knowing the impact of water levels and TVA rights. This is something you dont want to get wrong.
