Re/Max Time Realty

Margarita did a fantastic job communicating with my wife and I. She wasnt pushy, and she got the things done as needed. On time, in fact we were a week ahead of schedule the whole time. Just had to wait on the buyers side. If I ever had a question, Id get a response within the hour. Fantastic job. A+. Now if I decide to move again I will use Margarita again.

Helped us secure the house of our dreams. She was very helpful and she worked with us. Answered all of our questions and made the process go very smooth.

Margarita and her team were the perfect fit for me and my small family buying our very first home. Her guidance before during and after the purchase was necessary and appreciated. Her strong reputation among other agents was made clear to us throughout this process and I will be recommending my own clients to Margarita moving forward. We were skeptical about hiring an agent in the first place. We feel so blessed that we chose to use one, and grateful that we found Margarita.

Margarita was amazing. She was able to get a hold of easily and replied fast. Margarita was very upfront and open about everything that was going on in the process during the buying and selling of homes. It was a smooth transition and once we got our keys, we were excited to get into the new home. Ship is negotiate the price. Make sure things were fixed that need to be fixed and let us know on a timely manner.
