Thank God!!!! I was wrong! Austin made this scary and intimidating process seem like it was a walk in the park. No words can describe how grateful we are to have worked with him. His communication with us since day one was impressive. No email, text, or call ever went unanswered, mistakes or delays from sellers documentation never passed him by, even before we could complaint about it, he had already taken care of it. He showed up at the inspection to make sure everything went smoothly and we understood everything, he even shared his own knowledge with construction and ideas for the home. I don't mind telling you that I needed a lot of hand holding, and Austin was able to do that. I have not moved in yet. I'm haveing some work done. I'm taking my time moving, and day by day I am becoming a happy camper. Austin is still always available for me.
