REMAX the real estate leaders

Melissa was truly amazing. She completely understood my situation and came thru for me. She was kind and professional. She knew what would help my house sell and guided me thru the process. She handled my panic attacks and crazy moments like a pro and calmed me down and stuck by me! I absolutely would use her again and recommend her one million percent! She will not let you down, she is compassionate and understanding and is all around a great woman. I'm so glad I used her and met her! You will not be disappointed, she will get your house sold and for a great price too!

Melissa is an amazing realtor. She has assisted me in several purchases and sales and she is the only one I will use. Most recently I had to sell my fathers house so he could move to assisted living. This was a difficult decision and Melissa made the process so easy. She was understanding and helpful in every way. I cannot say enough good things about her service and her personally.

Melissa was nothing short of wonderful! My husband and I decided to list our house, although we were filled with trepidation about the process. Melissa was fantastic from start to finish and made the process as smooth as possible. I never had to pick up the phone to call her, because she was always on top of everything and kept us continually updated. She helped us sell our home of twenty three years and find our next home that we couldnt be happier with. Melissa is not only a fantastic agent, she became a true, lifelong friend of myself and my husband.

Christian Giamanco is perfection personified. We had previously worked with another agent who could not sell our home, but Christian never gave up on us or the property. We even had 3 contracts fall apart during the process, yet he never got discouraged and never lost hope. No matter how difficult things became, he stayed positive, confident, and determined every single step of the way. What truly sets Christian apart is his patience, kindness, and dedication to his clients. He always made us feel comfortable, supported, and valued throughout the entire process. His communication and follow-up were outstanding, and he was always available whenever we had questions or concerns. Through every obstacle, he remained professional, reassuring, and focused on getting the job done. Christian works tirelessly for his clients and genuinely cares about the people he represents. We are so grateful for everything he did for us, and we truly could not have asked for a better realtor. If you want someone who is persistent, hardworking, compassionate, and committed no matter how challenging the sale may be, I highly recommend Christian Giamanco.

She truly listens to her clients and makes sure all questions are answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Beyond her professionalism, Melissa is incredibly friendly and approachable. She has a very kind demeanor that immediately puts you at ease during what can be a stressful time. It felt less like a business transaction and more like working with a trusted friend. Furthermore, her knowledge of the local real estate market is impressive. She provided valuable insights and guidance that were instrumental in making informed decisions.
