Mike Henson came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and from our very first interaction, it was easy to see why. Mike was friendly, approachable, and incredibly responsive. This was, without a doubt, the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. Mike made the entire home-buying process feel easy and enjoyable. He didnt just listen to what we said we wanted, he also paid attention to the things we didnt say, including the little details we didnt even realize we needed or wanted to make our lives easier. He made the experience feel almost like we were on an episode of Lottery Dream Home! I had found a few homes within our price range, but after taking the time to really listen to us, Mike did his own research and lined up several properties, including some we hadnt even considered. He was also honest enough to let us know when he felt a property wouldnt be a good fit for us. He organized our home-viewing day efficiently and made the entire process feel seamless. While viewing each home, Mike shared helpful information about the neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Since we are still relatively new to the area and learning about different communities, this was extremely valuable. Whenever he knew about updates or improvements that had been made to a property, he made sure to share that information with us so we could make informed decisions. Mike was also our main point of communication throughout the entire process. He connected us with a loan officer and followed up with us after our first meeting to make sure we understood what to expect once all of our paperwork was completed. He also provided recommendations for home inspectors with excellent reputations, giving us several options so we could make the choice that was right for us. Once we chose our home, there were a couple of services and treatments that needed to be completed. Mike was there to help coordinate everything and make sure the process went smoothly. He kept us informed about the closing process, explained what we should expect, and made sure there were no surprises. Even after we closed on our home, Mike checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. If I could give Mike 10 starsaEUR"or even 100aEUR"I would give him every single one! We are incredibly grateful for his knowledge, honesty, communication, and genuine commitment to helping us find the right home. I highly recommend Mike Henson to anyone looking to purchase a home. If you want a realtor who truly listens, goes above and beyond, communicates every step of the way, and genuinely cares about his clients, Mike is the person you want on your side!

Mike is very fast about getting things done. Fasten your seatbelt. Very fast to respond or contact you. I felt like I knew him my whole life. Listed and sold my house in three weeks.

Mike Henson went above and beyond for us in the sell of our home. Mike is professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and took our calls every step of the way. I highly recommend Mike as your realtor. He truly works for his clients to give them a smooth selling and buying process.

Mike went above and beyond for me as an agent. He is very knowledgeable of the area he services. Mike was able to get in contact with a handy man to repair last minute requests so that my house could sell on time. That took the stress off me and allowed me to focus on the closing. I would highly recommend him.
