RE/MAX TerraSol

I met Tina at an open house she held to sell her client's very spacious, renovated 1bd1ba in a 55+ community. She was engaging, sociable, pleasant to chat with, and did not hesitate when I asked her if she could provide her personal recommendations of local sites and restaurants (especially Vietnamese). I checked out her recommendations and loved them. I am in not yet back on the market to purchase, but will be sometime soon. She clearly has insight into the broader community aspects of the market she is selling in, instead of being a simple property-pusher. I will remember her and would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy in the Southern CA and Orange County area.
