As an investor and former realtor myself, I've had experience with both good and less than good realtors and Debra is one of the best-I highly recommend her. She fought for every penny for us from staging through closing and her diligence in getting us top dollar for our property was noteworthy. There are always challenges when selling a property but Debra stayed focused and on task and we closed in 90 days at close to asking in a tough market. Debra gets things done.
