We bought the house without seeing it in person. While I wouldnt necessarily recommend this, it worked for us because of Kodee. She is professional, thorough, and always had our best interest in mind. Her knowledge of homes in the Sumter area is amazing. She also understands the market, which is essential with home selling in a matter of days or hours. Code truly went above and beyond. She arranged a virtual tour of the house. Also, she took our calls while she was on vacation. I highly recommend her. We will use her again if we buy or sell a house in the Sumter area.
