When my husband and I were looking for our first house, Kim stuck with us through six grueling months of driving around every weekend! She was professional and gracious throughout the entire process. We never saw her tire. She's amazing! I always knew I could reach Kim by phone and she quickly answered my emails. She is also the reason we found our house. She had insider knowledge that the sellers were about to reduce the price and suggested we make an offer, even though we hadn't seen it. (She knew our taste.) She is a world of information regarding San Luis Obispo County and a huge help in coming to understand the process of buying or selling. We now feel close to Kim and consider her a friend.
