RE/MAX Success

Our realtor, Shelley Dutro, was a blessing. She patiently walked us through the process, knowing we had lived in the home for many years. she made contact with us daily and was on top of everything! We never had to worry something was overlooked and our best interest was at the forefront of all decisions. Thank you Shelley and REMAX for being our partner in this transition and special care you gave.

I was selling my mothers home as trustee of her estate as she has been placed in a care home. Brooke was very helpful in explaining the market area and what we could possibly sell the property for. This was not an easy one as the home was less than perfect, in a reverse mortgage, and we had to sell "as is", so mostly of interest to the investor type buyer. Brooke got them in the door, and we had less than 60 days to close a sale, and she did it on time at good price. We could not be happier about how we were informed and supported in the process all along the way. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Brookes real estate expertise ourselves, on any future real estate deals.

My wife and I hired Robert to help with the sale of our home in Tulare California. Robert was a blessing to the both of us! He went above and beyond what anyone would expect a real estate agent to do when selling a home. There were some extenuating circumstances that arose with our sale, however; Robert was right on top of any curve ball thrown our way. We were able to move to our new location while our home was still under contract, and Robert was very willing to keep checking on our property, add chemicals to the pool, and he kept us in the loop with anything and everything involved up to the closing of the home. If you or anyone you know is looking to sell a home, Robert is the agent you should be hiring. He knows his stuff, he is very professional, and he treats his clients as friends. As I said earlier, we were blessed to have had Robert, and you will be too!

Brooke was extremely helpful and worked tirelessly to get everything done. She was the consummate professional and was diligent in her work. She helped with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. I would highly recommend her as she will always be on your side and give you 100% of her efforts.
