REMAX SPECIALISTS

Julie is a consummate real estate professional with a tremendous amount of energy, patience, class, confidence, and superior selling, marketing, and listening skills. She follows up on everything that falls on her lap. Julie sold my home in the beautiful golf community of Glen Kernan located in Jacksonville, FL. She has an enormous network of collegial real estate agents whom she networks. Once she lists your home, Julie will personally reach out to them to make them aware of your listing. She is connected to many health providers in the surrounding healthcare systems, clergy and non-profit groups. It takes a great deal of work to close a sale and Julie is a closer! She cares about the seller and buyer. (She found my next home too). Her staff is equally terrific and loyal. You would be a fool not to hire Julie. She delivers!!

Julie is a wonderful, hard working professional woman that I admire. She will go above and beyond in all scenarios. She has, assisted me with the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new beautiful beach house. I would highly recommend her services.

Julie was our agent for buying our first home here in Jacksonville. She was knowledgeable about the area. She is hard working but did take a lot of time to show me around the community. She was helpful and eventually, we did find a house that fit my search criteria. My only criticism is that I felt a little rushed in the process.

World class. Client-focused. Professional, knowledgeable and diligent. Her attention to detail and willingness to put in whatever effort is needed is second to none. Julie is one of a kind and I would highly recommend her.

We have moved 12 times around the country. We demand truthfulness, commitment to schedule, and expert knowledge of area and Real Estate process. We sold 3 homes and purchased 4 homes with Julie and she exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the transaction!
