We called Aimee to find us a house in Mesa. She sent us listings that we could research on the computer. After seeing several homes, she said that she had a place that was not on the market yet but would list in about three days. We were able to walk through it and it was just what we were looking for. The area, the size of the home and location was just what we wanted. Aimee worked quickly and professionally to get our bid to the owner. The offer and counter offers were handled well, and our offer was accepted. Aimee helped us with all the details and paperwork till our closing was completed. She was a joy to work with and she really worked hard. We had a few things that needed fixing and Aimee had great contactors and professional people to mitigate all our needs. The work was completed professionally and at prices below what the old owner had bids for. I would recommend Aimee to anyone that wants to sell or buy a home. She is one of the best.
