After working with Matt, he is about the only person I would ever use to sell a home in the Pittsburgh market. Matt completely works his butt off from listing to close, and is not one of those agents who will throw a house on the MLS and forget about it. I was in a difficult position as a seller, having to sell my home after not owning it for very long and having little equity. Matt had my back from the beginning. He marketed the house in an expert fashion, getting us a buyer quickly for the price I needed. The biggest benefit of using Matt as a seller are his connections and network of contractors/tradesmen. After getting a lengthy list of repairs from the buyers, Matt was able to help coordinate all of the repair requests with us, ensuring we paid a reasonable price and had the work completed in the timeframe we needed.
