If you want a trustworthy agent who puts her clients needs first, contact Patty. As a first time home buyer, using the VA loan, it was extremely important for me to have an agent that would not only focus on what I could afford, but also be knowledgeable enough to understand the expectations of the VA home loan requirements. Patty explained the entire process from start to finish and never got tired of my MANY, MANY questions. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely certain about my home before making a final decision. She was flexible and always returned my calls/emails/texts promptly, no matter what time of the day it was. My younger son came to many showings and still asks about her when we drive by her office! She has even kept in touch after closing to check in on how things are going. I could not have asked for a better agent and will defiantly use Patty if I ever decide to sell my home in the future.

My family lives in Playa Del Carmen Mexico, and had to clean out and sell my parent's home and adjacent buildable lot in East Providence, RI. That is difficult enough when you live locally, never mind when you live in another country. I am so glad that I selected Patty Bain to sell the properties. Not only did she handle the showing and selling side, but she went FAR beyond that. For example, - She had her husband install necessary smoke detectors to pass the fire inspection. - She set me up with contacts that saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees, and surveying to get zoning red tape taken care of for the adjacent lot. - She followed up emails very quickly. - The land buyer had some tricky and time consuming financing issues with the bank. Patty kept gently pushing the bank to get everything done. - She showed the house many times and always kept me updated by email on how each showing went. Patty knows her stuff and does it very well. I can't imagine anyone working any harder to do the job. I give her two thumbs up, and highly recommend her for your real estate needs. Thanks Patty!
