We were referred to Frank by a mutual friend when we began our home search in the New Braunfels area, and we could not have been more pleased. Frank truly listened to our wants and needs, and searched to find the perfect home for us. He is very knowledgeable and shared many insights into the current real estate market, which led us to purchase our beautiful new construction home. Jody was fabulous! Friendly, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help us find everything we wanted in a home. We moved from our home in Austin where we had lived for 27 years and were looking to be out side the city...we viewed homes in New Braunfels, Seguin, San Antonio, even Wimberly, San Marcos. We ended up finding the perfect home in Lockhart to our surprise. We had a list of what we wanted and Jody just kept looking, we became an every weekend event for her! And of course we were checking Zillow ourselves and sending leads. She was willing to do whatever it took to find our home. We have been her a year now and are extremely happy!

Frank is extremely professional and easy to work with. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Many issues came up during the selling process and he provided good guidance on how to handle them. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, and how a proper sale needs to be conducted.

My husband and I reached out to Sherrie James to help us locate a piece of land in Canyon Lake, TX. She's very knowledgeable about the area and was committed to our needs, wants and remained patient while we searched. She really cares about her clients and was always available to answer questions for us.
