Amy was absolutely amazing. We were looking for apartments for our college student and and she was able to she pinpoint the best options in our price range that were in safe neighborhoods. We had tried looking on our own, and it was disastrous! The apartment she found us was beautiful, and the arrangements and negotiations were perfect thanks to Amy, and should we need these services again, we will definitely use her.

Shes a great negotiator- she convinced the landlord to install a new washer and dryer. Above all, Amy was friendly, patient and positive throughout the process, which involved 3 separate visits to the area.

Amy helped me find the home that fulfilled all necessary needs for my dog, my college bound daughter and I. As I work from home, it was necessary to find that place where home office would be part of my own little piece of heaven/retreat as I do not get to leave my place of work at end of day. We did this all while staying within a manageable budget and in this market, that is difficult. She is such a pleasure to work with, so very professional, knowledgeable and always has necessary referrals for any interventions needed. She made it happen for me--would highly recommend utilizing her services for buying, selling, renting or just any real estate need!
