I worked with Candie during these last few months selling my house and looking for my new house, and I truly couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent and friend!! From our first phone call, she guided me with the utmost knowledge, kindness and patience, and her expertise is absolutely top notch!! She knew exactly what I was looking for and as soon as she saw the perfect fit for me, she jumped into action and made it all work, even through all the obstacles we faced, and now I'm so happy in my new house! She made this very stressful and overwhelming situation so much easier for me, and took the burden off me when those situations occurred, and I couldnt appreciate her more!!

Candace has helped us out considerably during our buying and selling process. We have used her several times. We have been working with her since 2017 buying selling and selling primary and secondary homes.

Candace was amazing to work with. She made everything so easy. Her knowledge of the market was spot on. Her responsiveness was incredible and her ability to remove every ounce of stress from the process was much appreciated!

Candace went above and beyond to help us navigate the selling. She was there for us for every question resolving all or any issues that arose. Shes simply Amazing! I highly recommend Candace Golembeski to all of my friends and anyone looking for a hard working, caring, efficient, fabulous, Super-realtor!

Candace was amazing through our entire buying process! Flexible with making appointments and very informative, I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a new home. She even picked up packages for us at our new home after our sale was complete! Great realtor, even better person!
