Kate is incredible. She made buying our first home an easy, fun, and exciting process. My partner and I were first time homebuyers and we really could not have navigated everything without Kate's help and expertise. She did a ten home marathon showing tour with us. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed things out to us we would never have even known to look for. She helped us craft out offer, decide on where we could negotiate, and she recommended an inspector and other people to talk to about some of the projects we have planned for the house. I cannot recommend Kate enough!

Kate was amazing, very honest which I appreciate. She was upfront about what needed to be done to sell our home for top dollar, and we ended up selling it for even more. Shes also incredibly responsive, day or night she was available for calls / questions! I even called her a few months after we sold our home to ask a question and she called me pretty much immediately!

Kate was amazing to work with, she assisted us with our journey of finding a home for over a year and a half. Kate goes above and beyond anything that we ever expected out of a real estate agent. She is very professional and really knows her stuff and will be honest with you. Also, she is fun to work with which is a plus for how stressful house hunting can be. Communication was easy with her she always would get right back to you and would answer any type of question you had. You can tell that she really cares about finding the perfect home for you. I would definently recommend Kate to anybody that needs an agent, she really made us feel less stressed about the process.
