Kate was amazing, very honest which I appreciate. She was upfront about what needed to be done to sell our home for top dollar, and we ended up selling it for even more. Shes also incredibly responsive, day or night she was available for calls / questions! I even called her a few months after we sold our home to ask a question and she called me pretty much immediately!
