My fiancA(C) and I just closed on our home with Gayle as our realtor. She helped us search for homes for about 4 months and we came up empty. Finally we decided to do a new construction build. Gayle could have bowed out at that point but stuck with us the entire way. She helped us communicate with our contractor and his realtor as well. She was even available to us nights and weekends! She was extremely knowledgeable and if she didn't know an answer she would find it and get back to us immediately! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor who has become a friend to us.

Gayle was very supportive and patient throughout our whole house hunting process. In addition, we found it helpful that she has many connections with people who can provide services a buyer needs as they purchase and move into a new home. What she doesn't know, she will find out quickly! We felt our experience was very personable and carried out start to finish and beyond.

Gayle is hands down the best! I knew when I first met her that with her positive energy and market knowledge that she was THE realtor that I wanted to sell my property. Due to some bizarre circumstances and through no fault of ours or Gayle's we had a very challenging sale that ended up taking over a year to close on our property. During that time Gayle was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was always up front and honest in delivering news, both good and bad. She managed to stay grounded and optimistic through some pretty tough times and frankly she talked me off a ledge more than once.
