Robert is what a real estate agent is supposed to be! We meet at an open house. We explained our situation and asked for his patient as we know what we want, and have many internet resources at our disposal and are in no hurry to buy. He did exactly as we asked, showed houses we asked him to show us. Throughout the whole process he gave excellent local area expertise, and market analysis. When we finally picked the house he seriously went to battle to get the house! Ive never had the pleasure of dealing with an agent that goes to such lengths to get the deal done. We ended up using him to sell our townhouse. Again he went above and beyond to get the house sold. After just one day on the market the house sold for full asking price!

We were under a signed buyer representation agreement with this agent. After our offer on a home was not accepted, he stopped representing us with little explanation and without a proper handoff, despite still being employed at the brokerage. This left us in a difficult position during an active home search. Communication and professionalism were lacking at a critical time.
