When we first reached out to a local realtor, we attempted to make contact several times without success. Going back to the computer screen, Lyman and Denise were listed below the other realtor so we contacted them and heard back within the hour. We just closed on our first home and Lyman and Denise were there every step of the way. Initially we met up with Denise and she provided us with valuable information about the home buying process that we were not aware They were extremely patient with us and worked around our schedule in order to show homes. There were times we had to bring our youngest children with us and it didnt bother them at all. Not only are they professional, but they are very kind and personable, and we really enjoyed their presence as we searched for our familys new home. They were there to guide us the whole way through and we will be forever grateful. I cannot say enough good things about Lyman and Denise. We would go through them again without hesitation. Do the same and you wont be sorry!

These two are simply THE BEST to work with! From day one, Lyman and Denise took the time to promptly answer every question or concern that we had. They met with us on several occasions and always made time for showings that best suited our availability. The prepared us for the sale of our home as we were first time sellers and worked with our timeline understanding that we were only selling IF we found the right home to purchase. It took a couple of months of searching, but when the right home finally came along, Lyman and Denise were ready to go with our sale listing as well as staying on top of all of the happenings with our purchase. They did a wonderful job coordinating the closings and we ran into zero issues the day of, plus they BOTH made it a priority to attend the closings.
