Lyman and Denise were a delight to work with. Lyman was extremely knowledgeable of comparable homes in the neighborhood and the quality of construction of the various builders. As such the suggested asking price was right on the money. The marketing plan was excellent and the house sold to the first person that saw it at full price. It was the highest price for a home in the development period. Having a husband and wife team was great as they understood both my concerns and my wife's concerns and opinions. I would recommend Lyman and Denise to everyone that is buying or selling a home in Minnesota.

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in general and Denise and Lyman assisted in finding us the house we wanted in a location we liked. They were so in tune with our checklist and what we wanted that they suggested a home in a city that we hadn't even really considered. We decided to go look, just to look, and it ended up being the house we put an offer on and ended up getting! Words to that affect. So we took our time. And this definitely changed when we met Team Lyman Jenkins and his staff. To be honest, I was suspect at first. I was. Why? Because that is how I am wired mostly. I own it. But once I allowed myself to step out on Faith and listen, hear out and see what his Teams Mission statement is and what he was speaking. While also at the same time allowing myself to learn and give them the time. The mutual sacrifice blessed us with a wonderful home that me and lovely wife can only be aEURoeThankfulaEUR? and aEURoeAppreciativeaEUR? for. Lyman Jenkins stated from the beginning and was true in rhetoric to the end, aEUR~IF this isnt the home for you, we will keep on looking, however long it takes. Once we met them, it was an easy decision to hire them to sell our home. They came to look at our home and were very direct and precise in their assessment. Our second meeting, they went out of their way to meet us on our terms, during a snow storm no less. They came with a presentation of the comps in our neighborhood, a start to finish list of all the processes, fees, their strategy on how best to market our home on the many platforms available to home sellers/buyers, etc. They presented us with a folder containing all this information in written form for us to reference during the process - which was helpful since we hadnt sold a home in over 19 years and alot had changed. Denise professionally staged the home prior to having a professional photographer take photos inside and out along with a drone shot for an aerial view of the outside. She had brought some of her own finishes, but for the most part used our belongings and it turned out gorgeous (we kind of fell in love with the house again!) Both Lyman and Denise were available via text/email/phone and always responded to all of our questions/inquiries quickly! Lyman even set up a conference call on Mothers day when he was with family (out of town) and my husband and I were in different locations to discuss a potential offer. Denise and Lyman were always patient and answered all of our questions on the spot. If they didnt have the answer, they would find it and get back to us ASAP. If they were in meetings, they would have their assistant, Rachel (who was awesome as well) take care of us, and then personally follow up after to make sure all was good. When it came to negotiating, Lyman was very articulate and knowledgeable, which helped in representing our point of view and achieving our bottom line. Once we had finalized the purchase order and it came to the week of closing, Lyman and Denise showed up at our house to pick up the key and lockbox. They called ahead and we told them we had a few friends over helping us move and they showed up with food for everyone and stayed and chatted for a while. We loved their above and beyond service level and felt that they werent just working for their commission, they were genuinely invested in our best interest. They respected the fact that after living in this home for 19 years, raising our kids there, it would be an emotional time for us at the end and they were kind and understanding and encouraging us to embrace the new memories to come in this next phase. If you are looking for smart, professional, knowledgeable realtors that will work for YOU and your best interest- there is no other team like them! They are a 12/10!

Living in Europe for the past five years, we made the decision to move to Minneapolis to be closer to our children. Lyman and Denise (and Rachel) created a portal with which we could view houses in the price range and location which we desired. They actively kept it updated and were immediately ready to view any of the homes with our children when we wished to have a closer view. Their communication was excellent and immediate, and their negotiation skills and follow through with the seller was incredibly thorough. In less than two months from when we started the process, our daughter was signing the closing papers on our behalf. This is a realty team that shows the highest of ethics, takes a very personalized approach (even for a couple they only were dealing with electronically,) and found us exactly what we wished for in a short amount of time.
