Amazing. Where do I start? Wendy Friend sold a condo for me in Frederick, Maryland while I was stationed in Hawaii with my husband. There was a 6 hour time difference, yet she was open and available to communicate with me by text message or email as often as needed. She went out of her way to help us get the condo remodeled after we picked out what we needed from a local Lowes Store. She was willing to meet the contractors at the site to let them in and work on flooring and delivery service for appliances after many many error's on the contractor's part! She was very patient with me in the process and did a great job representing me for the contracts and sticking up for what we wanted and paid for as we were so far away. She was able to get us quotes for an entire paint job and cleaning service and handy-man work. Her recommendations for those jobs were great and excellent pricing. She would cover any emergency costs for us until we could pay her back during the remodeling process which was super helpful so the work could be completed. We first met in March 2019 and after contractor errors and waiting on appliances to be delivered, the condo was on the market by the end of May and sold in June of 2019. She went far above what any realtor would and is honest and trustworthy and extremely helpful. This was the first time I had ever had to sell property so she made everything very easy for me to understand. We signed paperwork digitally or by email and scanning process. This sell was a financial decision that had to be completed unexpectedly and Wendy's guidance and suggestions made it go better than I could have hoped for and we closed at an excellent profit, right where we were looking at. I will always be grateful for the services of Wendy Friend, who came by recommendation of Oasis Senior Advisor, Kriste Kidd. She is an incredible realtor and I highly recommend her for the sale of your home.
