I did a lot of research before choosing a realtor to buy my first house, and wanted to ensure I was going with the best. Matt did not disappoint. He want FAR out of his way to help me through the homebuying process. He was extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and willing to work with us, ensuring I was as informed as possible about the market and each particular home. He had extensive relationships with a variety of lenders, realtors, and contractors to ensure that I had all the tools available, and his expertise was what got our offer accepted. In the end he was always happy to help, even though the home I purchased is small apples compared to some others in the area. Matt's clients are in very good hands and I look forward to working with him in the future.
