Joyce was phenomenal. She was always ready and willing to provide any background knowledge for the weird questions that we had. For example my fiance wanted to know how a specific home we looked at went under foreclosure, or why it did. She jumped up to research anything she didnt know. We felt confident that she had our best interest in mind at all times, especially when an unexpected expense appeared in the closing costs on the day of closing. She was patient and flexible with us at all times. She was just great.
