RE/MAX Reliance

Michele is the PERFECT realtor to guide you to your new home! In this wild real estate market, my husband and I were nervous about how to navigate all of the moving parts that come with finding, touring, and buying our new home. Michele very quickly put all of our nerves at ease with her superior level of professionalism, communication, preparation, and insight. She was so supportive and patient with us as we looked at many homes, always willing to stick around after a house tour to hear our thoughts on the place and offer insight when we asked for it. She has a keen eye for noticing things about a house and property that we came to deeply appreciate! One of the things that impressed me most with Michele's work is her communication. In a fast paced market, we could always depend on Michele to get back to us expediently with next steps or insight to help us make decisions. We depended on Michele for every part of the process, from finding good potential homes all the way through closing on our final home, and I deeply valued her consistent partnership in every phase. Once we had an offer accepted on our home, she immediately reached out with a detailed email of next steps and deadlines to ensure every single detail was well taken care of along the way to closing. She was the ideal thought partner and real estate professional to guide us through this journey. We could not have done this without her, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled realtor that they can TRUST.

Michele represented us as we looked for a house in Kutztown and she has just been wonderful in helping us find our new home. In a tough sellers market with few options, Michele navigated us through our options, responding sometimes within an hour. When a house we really liked came on the market we knew we wanted to see it and that it would be sold quickly, Michele responded early in the morning within an hour, set up an appointment. We were able to buy this house ultimately just because shes been quick (but not rushed) and knowledgeable about the process. Above that, Michele is just a kind person - not the stereotypical real estate agent!

It was an absolute delight to work with Michele. We knew of Michele's excellence as she had helped our daughter and son-in-law find the perfect home, so we were confident she would help us in our quest to help our son find a home suited to him. She did not disappoint. She immediately found a variety of options in the several areas that we were interested in. She spent all the time necessary to develop an efficient plan to visit all the options. She was so amazing that we found the absolute perfect place the first day. She made the entire process completely seamless from the search up until and through closing. We cannot sing her praises enough. We would recommend Michele in a heartbeat!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Michele! She made the process of selling our home as easy as could be. Michele was a pleasure to work with, accommodating, professional and a great communicator. We highly recommend Michele for your real estate needs!

Michele is an amazing realtor, and the most personable person in the business I can imagine, while also being exceptionally professional and strategic. We appreciated how she brought her light touch to our house search; it was clear that her priority was understanding our goals and scope, and we felt supported at each turn. We ended up with our perfect home and property, within our budget and ideal location. If you want to work with a seasoned professional who will handle your hopes with care, Michele is the perfect fit!
