When I visited the REMAX office to enquire about marketing some land I was extremely fortunate that Daniella was in the office that day. I am a rather senior senior citizen who has dealt with any number of realtors in my life so feel qualified to say that Daniella is quite exceptional. She has such a sunny exuberant personality which combined with her quick intelligence makes her very special indeed. She not only works with you but you really do feel that she is working FOR YOU. She helped me every inch of the way, including personally arranging and attending with me meetings with tax advisors and proceeded to sell the land against the odds. Selling our condo was difficult because of the location and the fact that I would not listen. But, Daniela never gave up, she was so patient and truly cared about us. She will not respond to us. We never got a walk through before closing ( not because of her). But for 2 weeks we are begging for help. The builder she works for is not responding either. They closed and left , out the country for a month. We have mirrors hung wrong. A wiring problem at the door bell an out side fridge leaking ( very hazardous ) a shower head that does not work and the list goes on. We just want the realtor to walk through and show us the home and how some switches work the toilets and many other small things. Daniella has never met us. We ask the professional courtesy of a walk through. We are both disabled ages 81 and 72. We have called and left messages and texted. Our Realtor who is wonderful gets no response from Daniella Mitchell. Please call us Daniella.

Daniela is very knowledgeable & professional, she always answered our questions promptly & worked tirelessly to sell our home. Daniela is the best realtor you could ask for! We looked at so many homes I lost count and they were a complete let down. She stayed optimistic when I was ready to throw in the towel.
