Mac was great! He is a very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful realtor. After having unsuccessful experiences with previous two realtors, we hired Mac and he got the job done. He really helped us selling our house. He was honest and straight since the beginning. He managed our expectations with reality. He told us the things that we needed to fix to sell the house, only the things that really matter. He even found us a contractor to make the fixes. When we got into contract with a buyer, Mac was very responsive and helped us throughout the whole process, making it easy for us. Unfortunately, our buyer didn't comply with his part and stepped out two days before closing! Mac took action quickly to get the house back in the market and helped us fighting for the buyer's deposit. Shortly after, we were in contract with another buyer, sold the house, and got a good portion of the first buyer's deposit, all thanks to Mac. We will definitively hire him when we are back in the area to buy our new house.

Responsive. Knowledgeable. Accommodating. Mac has been working with us for nearly a year helping us find the right house under difficult circumstances. Although we still haven't found it, Mac has never given up on us nor lost patience. And he is always in a good mood. He works hard to to get you what you want every time. He follows up with all our requests. And he is willing to try new angles when the traditional route does not work. He sat with me through several hours of an auction in downtown DC on a chance that we could get the property we most wanted, guiding me and stopping me from doing anything stupid. You could not ask for a better realtor. (2010 comments).2013 Update. Mac stuck with us over the course of 4 yours while we struggled to find the right house that we could afford, despite several unsuccessful bids. We finally settled on a short sale that took 10 months (!) to complete. Mac never waivered in his support, was always highly responsive, and saw us through the to the end. And on top of that, he is a heck of a good guy.
