Review You are lucky to read this if you are looking for an agent who answers all of your questions immediately, reads market trends properly, gives you professional advice, sets up everything quickly, works with strong responsibility and honesty, and has the most trustful work ethics. I was buying my first house, didn't know anything about real estate, and as a foreigner with language restrictions, was struggling. Mac, however, was extremely patient and professional. I was comfortable reaching out to him at any time and he made sure I understood everything. Review Mac has gone above and beyond in our home buying and selling, and his previous career in construction is super helpful. One time, when we needed to sell a fixer, Mac brought in a contractor who was amazing. Mac made a list of everything needed (which didnt break the bank aEUR" Yay!) and he checked work at completion before listing. We got multiple offers in days and sold for $85k more than another realtor told us was the most we could get and only with a cash offer. When we bought a coop for the first time, Mac showed up in person to talk to the coop manager when the coop's staff weren't responsive and we were concerned we wouldn't get to close on time. What a life saver!

Review Its unfortunate that Zillow doesnt allow you to add more than 5 stars because Mac deserves it. He was the realtor my family needed going into our home buying process. He was consistent from day 1 and did everything possible to make sure we found the house we wanted. As if finding a house in Maryland during COVID-19 wasnt hard enough, we were also doing this from New Jersey. Mac would FaceTime me and my family and give us virtual tours so we wouldnt have to make unnecessary trips to MD if it wasnt worth it.He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He isnt about the sale. He genuinely loves his job and wants you to be happy with the house you choose. And if that isnt enough.. hes a comedian. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didnt pick Mac to go this journey with you.

He was always available to answer emergency questions and even traveled from Peru directly to our house, despite suffering from jet lag, to insure we had filed the papers on time. Review Mac helped me find my first home last summer. It took me about a year to find the right house for me and throughout this time, Mac was always very patient with me. He was also readily available when I needed him (especially on the weekends!). His prior experience as a contractor also helps when it comes to estimating how much time/money would be needed on those homes that need some work.

Review Mac was wonderful in every way! I was forced into a short sale situation that was painful. But Mac's role was handled with professionalism and patience. He understood and explained the process and clarified roles regarding the transaction. He listed quickly and I received good response to the listing (twice, after the first buyer fell through due to the bank, not due to Mac). He was always available and no question or concern of mine was too stupid for him to respond to with calm and patience. I would highly recommend.

Review We are a military family and he was no help!!! We are moving to the D.C. area at the end of the month and I mentioned talking to another realtor this morning and he said, "well if you've already talked to another realtor this is not worth my time." Our family really appreciated his help! haha He has a lot of local knowledge, but he was apparently not to excited to rent me a or my husband a home. My husband by the way has spent nearly 3 years of his life fighting for Mac's freedom! Thanks Mac for all you help!

Review It's taken me a little while to write this review of Mac, mostly because I've been tied up getting my new home filled out. I selected Mac as my agent based on online reviews like this that I read and I haven't been disappointed any step of the way. As a first time homeowner, Mac worked with me from the beginning to understand the process, what I needed to do, and how he would help. We worked together for some time until I found the home that was perfect for me and Mac was great with each and every visit. We would see as many as 10-12 homes on Saturdays pretty much the entire summer, and Mac was there with us each step of the way. He was always very responsive to any emails, phone calls, and texts I'd send. Any adjustments I made to my search criteria, he was on top of it. My fiance and I both enjoyed everything Mac did for us. Even when my parents came to look at some of the homes we were considering, Mac made them feel a part of the process and they've commented how much they enjoyed his insights. And not only was he a tremendous help in finding our home, but he's also put me in touch with many others who have been a great help with the rest of my home ownership process. If there's one thing I would have preferred, it would have been for Mac to be a little more aggressive with me. Being new to the whole process, I didn't always know what I wanted or what I should be looking for. He was always great at answering my questions, but I wouldn't have minded some proactive thoughts, suggestions, or considerations from him. Overall, I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Thanks again for everything Mac!
