Remax Realty One

We have bough and sold several high end properties over the past 10 years. We were out of town buyers and we were so lucky to have a realtor with so much knowledge of the area. He helped us navigate everything with no stress, no pressure, excellent response time with questions, was able to help us buy some adjacent land that we did not know was available. Highly recommend without reservation whether you are purchasing a first time home or a high end property.

Always answers calls and texts promptly. Very experienced realtor who knows citrus county well. He sold our house in 12 days without a hitch. I would highly recommend Alan

Alan did a fantastic job. Two days after contacting him, we had 3 offers. We selected one and closed immediately after the inspection of the property. We sold two lots on W. Deodar. He went way beyond what we were expecting. He got us top dollar for the properties and coordinated everything very professionally. The title company also made the process very easy. We appreciate everyone's help in making this transaction seamless. Thanks again to Alan and the team.

Alan handled the sale of our property in a professional manner. We had left the state prior to the sale and he followed up, kept us informed on each step and closed the sale for us. If the opportunity existed we would hire him again.
