Worst communication and unprofessional realitor. Knocked on my door without notifying me. Didn't tell me inspection date. Said he doesn't give courtesy calls. Said he wasn't affiliated with zillow and couldn't change HOA fee to annually he was so sure of it after a week he finally changed it and my house sold. Didn't have a photographer and took pictures with his phone. Tried to send him better pictures and he said it didn't matter. Tried getting into a new property using him also because we had a contingency on my house. He told me I breached my contractual obligations. Nothing was broken by me I went to the property 4 times electricity was not on and grass was not cut and the people who were selling it never came and got there stuff out yet. They never even had a title for the property. He accussed me of calling there listing agent several times. I never did that. Do not go with this guy it has been one of the worst experiences I've had. He started lashing out at me when I told him how poor of a job he did and told me I have bigger issues in my life besides him. He threw his fake kindness in my face told me to have such a wonderful day. He was never kind. The absolute worst ever!

I had a great experience working with Nancy to purchase my first home! Nancy was very responsive and I learned a lot about the homebuying process and what is desirable in a property. Nancy did a great job in estimating the property value, and was able to negotiate a great price on the property. Nancy pushed through all the paperwork required to get to the closing table, and even helped review the paperwork during my signing. We closed more than a week before the timeline our contract outlined! I highly recommend working with Nancy!
