Eric's approach to his work is what allows him to be successful. He possesses qualities which made the buying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. For example, he is always accessible. Even with a hectic schedule, he answers and returns calls promptly. He is flexible in scheduling as he adapted to my constantly changing schedule. Eric is detail oriented. He prepared a detailed listing of comps and walked me thru each of the measures until he it was clear in my head what my bid approach should be. He is knowledgeable and does his homework and can explain even the most finite details very clearly. Post sale, Eric went above and beyond following up with me to make sure every detail was completed. He created a checklist of followup items and made sure each one was completed and that I was satisfied. He is interested in a long term relationship and not just a quick sale. I definitely plan to work with him again in the future for any of my real estate needs, I highly recommend him to others.
