Matt Foster is great. In my experience, realtors (like used car dealers) are pushy. Typically they are only interested in getting you to quickly choose a house to buy to minimize the amount of time they need to spend to make their commission. They often recommend selling your home at a low-ball price to again make their commission with the minimum possible effort.Not Matt Foster. Matt showed us numerous houses and never once rushed us during these showings. He allowed us to look over the houses freely without making us feel that he was just trying to move us along. Matt is knowledgeable and will answer questions about the function of a house honestly without trying to hide defects that may come back to haunt you down the road. Matt will look out for you and place your concerns above a speedy commission.The same is true in selling your home. Matt will recommend a reasonable selling price for your home and not push you towards undervaluing your home for the sake of a quick sale. I would recommend Matt Foster to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. Matt's honesty, patience, and willingness to look out for his clients set him apart from the crowd. Don't waste your time with a realtor who doesn't show you any respect...drop them and go talk to Matt Foster.
