Having bought and sold many different properties, we have experienced a variety of realtors, some better than others, but none ranked anywhere near Karl. Karl by far exceeded every previous realtor, without a doubt, and I would without a doubt use his services again, or refer him to anyone needing his services. He treated us like we were his only customer. He was available whenever we had a question and provided quick, concise answers. His efforts made this sale by far the easiest and quickest we've ever experienced and we were certain every step of the way that we were very well represented. We dealt directly with him every time, never through an assistant or an associate, which was very much appreciated (and hasn't always been our experience when dealing with realtors). He kept us informed every step of the process and provided outstanding service throughout,I would highly recommend Karl in you are in need of a realtors services!

We interviewed Karl based on his reviews. Karl's professionalism and attention to detail were quickly evident. Like so many these days, once we listed, we quickly had several offers on our home. Karl was able to help us sort through the merits of each offer. Based on what we were needing and looking for in the transaction, he recommended an offer that was not the top dollar. This, obviously, negatively impacted his commission. But Karl understood he was working for us and not for himself. We are so appreciative of his help and expertise.

Ten Stars!! While searching the web for a realtor to sell our home, I came across the bio of RE/MAX Hall of Fame Broker Associate Karl Schroeder. He had a relatable story, a friendly looking bio pic, and was local (in Palm Harbor, FL). My husband and I invited him over one Saturday to get his advice. The next weekend our house listing was live and by day three we had an offer. He was equipped with the expertise and tech that made selling our home a breeze. We were kept up to date and he was easily reachable for questions.
