Three months into my listing and I still had only five, low-quality pictures. The listing also had a grammatical error during this time. This realtor left the country on vacation without any notification. I ended up fielding questions on my own. These are statements of fact. Otherwise I personally liked this realtor. I wish he could have sold my house.Additionally, I had three realtors contact me indicating Jim Munk had not responded to their showing request. while I declined showings they were resultant of poor communication and timing. I do not wish to engage in a war of words. I simply wish to share my review of Jim Munk's performance.

I bought a home this year that was listed by Jim Munk. The office would not return my calls for information when I initially called. When I asked to speak with him, he was in Vegas one week and gone the next for some other reason. When I finally spoke with one of his associate realtors about seeing the home, she very rudely snickered and said that there was no way they would go all the way to the house to show it to me. She told me to find someone local to the listing to show it to me. The entire experience was very frustrating.

Jim his team were professional worked great as a team to get our home sold. They were on top of communication and I always felt I knew exactly what was going on.
